Phillies clip Rockies, advance to NLCS
Jayson Werth's run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning lifted the Philadelphia Phillies to the NLCS with a 5-4 victory over the Colorado Rockies on Monday night.

Werth finished 2-for-4 with two runs batted in for Philadelphia, which won the NLDS 3-1 with the payday.
Yorvit Torrealba was 2-for-4 with two RBIs for Colorado, while Huston Street took the loss after allowing the go-ahead run in the top of the ninth inning.
