Astros hold off Brewers
The Houston Astros gave up three runs late in the contest, but managed to hang on and defeat the Milwaukee Brewers 6-4 Wednesday night at Minute Maid Park.
Houston won the game as a -110 pick’em, while the 10 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8).
Miguel Tejada went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in two runs, including a solo home run for the Astros. Wandy Rodriguez improved to 5-2 with the win, and Chris Sampson notched his second save.
Mike Cameron cracked a solo home run for the Brewers. Yovani Gollardo surrendered seven hits and six runs over five innings in the loss.
