Pence leads Astros over Rockies

Hunter Pence had four hits and drove in three runs as the Houston Astros defeated the Colorado Rockies 6-4 Wednesday night at Minute Maid Park.

Houston won the game as a -105 pick’em, while the 10 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (9.5).

Michael Bourn had two hits and scored twice for the Astros. Tim Byrdak got the win in relief, and Chris Sampson closed out the game with his third save.

Ian Stewart belted at three-run homer in a losing effort for the Rockies. Jason Marquis gave up 10 hits and five runs over six innings.
