Brewers trip up Cardinals

Prince Fielder was 3-for-5 with two homers and three runs batted in for the Brewers, as Trevor Hoffman got the victory in relief of starter Jeff Suppan for Milwaukee.
David Freese went 2-for-3 with three RBIs for St. Louis, while Todd Wellemeyer took the defeat after allowing the go-ahead runs in the top of the 10th inning for the Cardinals.
