Joe Mauer smashed a two-run dinger to lead the Minnesota Twins over the Los Angeles Angels 5-3 on Tuesday night.

Minnesota won as +125 road underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 10-run total set by oddsmakers.

Justin Morneau was 2-for-3 with a solo shot for the Twins, as Nick Blackburn gave up three runs over 6 2-3 innings to get the win for Minnesota.

Torii Hunter went 3-for-4 with a two-run homer and three runs batted in for Los Angeles, while Joe Saunders was tagged for five runs over five innings to take the loss for the Angels.
