Victor Martinez drove in four runs to help the Cleveland Indians crush the Boston Red Sox 9-2 Wednesday in the first game of a two-game set at Fenway Park.

Cleveland won the game as +150 underdogs, while the combined score made it OVER the posted over/under (10.5).

Mark DeRosa had three hits, including a two-run homer for the Indians. Carl Pavano tossed the win, allowing two runs off six hits over six innings.

Justin Masterson gave up six runs off eight hits over 6 1-3 innings in the loss.
