White Sox double Royals
The Chicago White Sox clinched their three-game set with Kansas City Wednesday, as they defeated the Royals 4-2 in the rubber match at U.S. Cellular Field.
Chicago won the game as +110 underdogs, while the six runs went UNDER the day's posted over/under (8.5).
Gordon Beckham, Carlos Quentin, and Alex Rios all went deep for the White Sox. Jose Contreras had eight strikeouts, and allowed just three hits and one run over seven innings for the win.
David DeJesus went deep for the Royals, while Zack Greinke gave up six hits and four runs over seven innings in the loss.
