Tigers rally to take rubber match

The Detroit Tigers scored twice in the ninth inning Thursday, as they defeated the Seattle Mariners 7-6 in the series finale at Comerica Park.

Detroit won the game as -170 favorites, and the 13 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5).

Ryan Raburn belted a solo home run and finished 3-for-5 at the plate for the Tigers. Bobby Seay earned the win with a scoreless ninth inning.

Jose Lopez smacked a two-run homer, while Mike Sweeney hit a solo home run and finished with two runs batted in for the Mariners.
