Mariners edge Royals

Seattle won as +180 road underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the 7.5-run total set by oddsmakers.
Milton Bradley was 2-for-3 with a run batted in for the Mariners, as Shawn Kelley picked up the victory in relief of Ian Snell for Seattle.
Alberto Callaspo and Mitch Maier drove in runs for Kansas City, while Josh Rupe was handed the loss after allowing the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth.
