Michael Cuddyer belted a three-run homer and the Minnesota Twins defeated the Seattle Mariners 9-6 Saturday night to clinch the three-game series at the Metrodome.

Minnesota won the game as -135 favorites, and the 15 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (7.5).

Joe Mauer went 2-for-3 a the plate with a home run and three RBIs for the Twins. Francisco Liriano tossed the win, and Joe Nathan pitched a scoreless ninth for his fifth save.

Adrian Beltre had three hits, including a solo home run and two RBIs for the Mariners. Felix Hernandez gave up six runs over four innings and suffered the loss.
