Maicer Izturis hit a three-run homer and drove in four runs to lead the Angels. Joe Saunders pitched six innings for the win, allowing four runs on the hill.
Justin Morneau homered and drove in a pair of runs for the Twins. Anthony Swarzak gave up nine hits and six runs over three innings in the loss.
