Twins outlast Royals
The Minnesota Twins scored all their runs in the first four innings and held on for a 10-7 victory over the Kansas City Royals Friday night.
Minnesota won the game as -200 favorites, and the 17 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (9.5).
Delmon Young belted a grand slam home run and finished with five RBIs for the Twins. Jeff Manship pitched 5 1-3 innings for the win, and Joe Nathan notched his 46th save.
Mitch Maier had two hits and drove in three runs for the Royals. Lenny DiNardo gave up seven runs to suffer the loss.
