Juan Rivera launched a two-run homer, and Vladimir Guerrero went 2-for-5 at the plate with a solo home run for the Angels. Ervin Santana improved to 7-6 with the win, allowing seven hits and three runs over six innings of work.

Adam Lind cracked a three-run homer to drive in the Blue Jays runs. Scott Richmond scattered six hits and four runs over seven innings in the loss.
