The Seattle Mariners won their second straight in their four-game series by defeating the Oakland A’s 6-3 Friday night at Oakland Coliseum.

Seattle won the game as a -110 pick’em, while the nine runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5).

Jose Lopez homered for the Mariners, and Ichiro Suzuki had one RBI with a run scored. Ryan Rowland-Smith pitched eight innings for the win, giving up four hits and three runs.

Nomar Garciaparra belted a two-run homer for the A’s. Clayton Mortensen surrendered six hits and four runs over seven innings in suffering the loss.
