White Sox rally past A’s

Mark Teahen smacked a pinch-hit RBI single in the ninth to give the Chicago White Sox a 4-3 win over the Oakland A’s Wednesday.

The White Sox won the finale as +160 underdogs, while the seven runs went as a PUSH against the posted over/under (7) set by sportsbooks.

Juan Pierre had two hits and stole home for the White Sox. Matt Thornton tossed two scoreless innings in relief of starter Edwin Jackson to get the victory.

Brad Ziegler was tagged with the A’s loss, giving up two runs in relief.
