Mets outlast Nationals
David Wright hit a two-run double in the 10th inning to lift the New York Mets to a 3-1 win over the Washington Nationals Friday night at Nationals Park.
New York won the game as +100 underdogs, while the four runs went UNDER the posted over/under (10).
Wright finished 4-for-5 at the plate, and Fernando Tatis drove in the other run for the Mets. Sean Green earned the win, and Francisco Rodriguez closed out the game for his 15th save of the season.
Joel Hanrahan fell to 0-3 on the season, allowing two runs in the 10th inning.
