Twins clip Tigers

J.J. Hardy scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the ninth inning, as the Minnesota Twins edged the Detroit Tigers 4-3 on Tuesday night.

Minnesota won as -135 home favorites, while the teams played UNDER the 10-run total listed by oddsmakers.

Hardy went 2-for-4 with a run batted in for the Twins, as Nick Blackburn went the distance to earn the win for Minnesota.

Miguel Cabrera and Magglio Ordonez were both 2-for-4 with an RBI for Detroit, while Ryan Perry was handed the loss after tossing the wild pitch that allowed Hardy to cross the plate.
