Rodriguez leads Yankees over Red Sox
Alex Rodriguez hit a two-run homer and drove in four runs to lead the New York Yankees to a 9-5 win over the Boston Red Sox Friday night at Yankee Stadium.

Jorge Posada went 2-for-4 at the plate with a pair of RBIs for the Yankees. Joba Chamberlain improved to 9-6 with the victory.
David Ortiz blasted a two-run homer and finished with three RBIs for the Red Sox. Jon Lester gave up eight hits and five runs over 2 1-3 innings in the loss.
