White Sox nip Blue Jays in extra innings

Mark Teahen's RBI triple in the top of the 11th inning lifted the Chicago White Sox past the Toronto Blue Jays 8-7 on Monday night.

Chicago cashed as -135 road favorites, while the teams played OVER the 8-run total set by sportsbooks.

Andruw Jones was 3-for-4 with two dingers and four runs batted in for the White Sox, as Matt Thornton picked up the win in relief of Jake Peavy for Chicago.

Adam Lind went 2-for-5 with three RBIs for Toronto, while Jeremy Accardo was handed the loss after allowing the go-ahead run in the top of the 11th.
