Orioles down Rangers in extra innings
Adam Jones' two-run shot in the top of the 10th inning was the difference, as the Baltimore Orioles defeated the Texas Rangers 7-5 on Tuesday night.
Baltimore cashed as +100 road underdogs as the teams played over the 11.5-run total set by sportsbooks.
Jones finished with three runs batted in for the Orioles, while Jim Johnson picked up the win in relief of starter Alfredo Simon for Baltimore.
Michael Young went 3-for-4 with a solo blast for Texas, as Eddie Guardado was handed the loss after giving up the two-run dinger to Jones in the 10th.
