Lynx get past Sun in overtime
Lindsay Whalen scored 27 points and dished out 12 assists to lead the Minnesota Lynx past the Connecticut Sun 111-103 in overtime on Tuesday night.
Minnesota cashed as 1-point home underdogs, while the game played OVER the 160.5-point total set by oddsmakers.
Seimone Augustus went for 21 points and six assists for the Lynx, who also got 21 points from Monica Wright in the win.
Renee Montgomery drained 33 points for Connecticut, while Tina Charles had 19 points and 21 rebounds for the Sun.
