Seattle couldn't cover as 7-point home favorites, while the teams played OVER the 163.5-point total set by oddsmakers.
Swin Cash added 19 points for the Storm, who got 17 points and five steals from Tanisha Wright in the win.
Angel McCoughtry had 21 points and nine boards for Atlanta, which now trails Seattle 2-0 in the best-of-five series.
