Recap - Texans Defeat Pittsburgh 17-10
Arian Foster ran for 155 yards as Houston handled Pittsburgh by a score of 17-10 on Sunday at Reliant Stadium.
The Texans were a 4-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 46.5.
Matt Schaub completed 14 of 21 pass attempts for 138 yards and 1 TD for the Texans in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.
Isaac Redman rushed for 40 yards for Pittsburgh, while Mewelde Moore added 34 yards. Ben Roethlisberger threw for 206 yards for the Steelers, while receivers Mike Wallace and Antonio Brown had 77 and 67 yards respectively.
Pittsburgh lost the offensive yardage battle to Houston 318-296 yards in Sunday's game. Pittsburgh had more first downs as that total ended up 20-17.
The time of possession battle favored Houston as their offense was on the field for 31:43, longer than the 28:17 of their opponents.
Next game, Houston takes its act home to face Oakland looking for another win. For Pittsburgh, they head home to face Tennessee.
