Vandals Fall 56-3 Against Nevada - Game Recap
Tyler Lantrip's 340-yard performance through the air was the key in Nevada's 56-3 win over Idaho on Saturday at Mackay Stadium.
The Wolf Pack were a 19-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 56.5.
Lampford Mark rushed for 104 yards, while Nick Hale added 67 yards in the win. Aaron Bradley and Rishard Matthews added 136 and 114 receiving yards respectively.
Princeton McCarty rushed for 57 yards for Idaho, while Ryan Bass added 29 yards. Brian Reader threw for 145 yards for the Vandals, while receivers Mike Scott and Kama Bailey had 68 and 43 yards respectively.
Idaho lost the offensive yardage battle to Nevada 587-306 yards in Saturday's game. Nevada had more first downs as that total ended up 35-13.
The time of possession battle favored Nevada as their offense was on the field for 35:48, longer than the 24:12 of their opponents.
