UTSA Falls 51-27 to Bulldogs - Recap
Colby Cameron was good for 348 yards through the air on Saturday as the Bulldogs got past the Roadrunners by a score of 51-27 at Joe Aillet Stadium.
Louisiana Tech did not, however, defeat the Roadrunners against the spread, which closed at 30.5 at most sportsbooks. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 71.5.
Kenneth Dixon rushed for 72 yards, while Ray Holley added 41 yards in the win. Quinton Patton and Myles White added 152 and 67 receiving yards respectively.
David Glasco rushed for 63 yards for UTSA, while Evans Okotcha added 36 yards. Eric Soza threw for 314 yards for the Roadrunners, while receivers Cole Hubble and Earon Holmes had 101 and 57 yards respectively.
UTSA lost the offensive yardage battle to Louisiana Tech 537-438 yards in Saturday's game. Louisiana Tech had more first downs as that total ended up 33-25.
Louisiana Tech lost the time of possession battle 34:00/26:00, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Louisiana Tech looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Texas State. UTSA will aim to get back on the winning track vs McNeese State.
