Rishad Wimbley scampered through the Rice defense for 115 yards as Southern Methodist handed the Owls a 27-24 defeat on Saturday at Gerald J. Ford Stadium.
The Mustangs earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the 13-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 54.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
