Oregon vs Stanford Recap - Cardinal Win 26-20
The Ducks had no answer for Tyler Gaffney on Thursday as the Cardinal rolled to a 26-20 win at Stanford Stadium.
The Cardinal were a 10-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 61.5.
Kevin Hogan completed 7 of 13 pass attempts for 103 yards for the Cardinal in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.
Byron Marshall rushed for 46 yards for Oregon, while De'Anthony Thomas added 30 yards. Marcus Mariota threw for 250 yards for the Ducks, while receivers Bralon Addison and De'Anthony Thomas had 66 and 45 yards respectively.
Oregon lost the offensive yardage battle to Stanford 377-312 yards in Thursday's game. Stanford had more first downs as that total ended up 25-17.
The time of possession battle favored Stanford as their offense was on the field for 42:34, longer than the 17:26 of their opponents.
