Recap - Bears Defeat Oklahoma 41-12

Shock Linwood tore up the turf for 182 rushing yards on Thursday to lead the Bears to a 41-12 win over the Sooners at Floyd Casey Stadium.

The Bears were a 16.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 74.5.

Bryce Petty completed 13 of 26 pass attempts for 204 yards for the Bears in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Roy Finch rushed for 36 yards for Oklahoma, while Brennan Clay added 19 yards. Blake Bell threw for 150 yards for the Sooners, while receivers Jalen Saunders and Jaz Reynolds had 74 and 31 yards respectively.

Oklahoma was outgained by Baylor 459-237 yards in Thursday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 28-16 by the Bears.

The time of possession battle favored Baylor as their offense was on the field for 30:43, longer than the 29:17 of their opponents.

Baylor heads into a Week 12 battle against Texas Tech. Oklahoma, meanwhile, will have their next action against Iowa State.
