The battle between the Crimson Tide and Mocassins didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Chattanooga was handed a 49-0 defeat on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

Alabama was the ATS victor, as they covered the 48.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 52.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

AJ McCarron completed 13 of 16 pass attempts for 171 yards for the Crimson Tide in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.

Terrell Robinson rushed for 37 yards for Chattanooga, while Derrick Craine added 32 yards. Terrell Robinson threw for 82 yards for the Mocassins, while receivers C.J. Board and Derrick Craine had 20 and 17 yards respectively.

Alabama outgained Chattanooga 435-175 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 22-8 by the Crimson Tide.

Chattanooga led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 34:24/25:36 split in that important category.
