Hawaii vs UNLV Recap - Rebels Win 39-37
Caleb Herring's 385-yard performance through the air was the key in UNLV's 39-37 win over Hawaii on Saturday at Sam Boyd Stadium.

Tim Cornett rushed for 162 yards, while Caleb Herring added 21 yards in the win. Devante Davis and Marcus Sullivan added 141 and 113 receiving yards respectively.
Steven Lakalaka rushed for 48 yards for Hawaii, while Ikaika Woolsey added 39 yards. Sean Schroeder threw for 325 yards for the Warriors, while receivers Chris Gant and Billy Ray Stutzmann had 102 and 84 yards respectively.
UNLV outgained Hawaii 579-454 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 38-21 by the Rebels.
UNLV led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 37:33/22:27 split in that important category.
UNLV heads into a Week 8 battle against Fresno State. Hawaii, meanwhile, will have their next action against Colorado State.
