Oilers down Stars in shootout
Ales Hemsky scored the lone marker in the shootout to lift the Edmonton Oilers over the Dallas Stars 5-4 on Tuesday night.
Edmonton won as -145 home favorites, while the teams played OVER the 5.5-goal total set by oddsmakers.
Denis Grebeshkov netted the tying goal in the third period to go along with an assist for the Oilers, who got a pair of helpers from Andrew Cogliano in the win.
Brenden Morrow put up two goals and an assist for Dallas, while Stephane Robidas and James Neal also scored for the Stars.
