Lightning edge Hurricanes in overtime
Martin St. Louis potted the winner in overtime to lift the Tampa Bay Lightning past the Carolina Hurricanes 3-2 on Tuesday night.
Tampa Bay cashed as -115 home favorites, while the game played UNDER the 5.5-goal total set by oddsmakers.
St. Louis also scored in regulation for the Lightning, as Steve Downie netted the other marker for Tampa Bay.
Erik Cole and Chad LaRose lit the lamp for Carolina, which outshot Tampa Bay 29-27 in the loss.
