Islanders upset Capitals
Mark Streit scored the game-winning goal less than a minute into overtime Friday, as the New York Islanders defeated the Washington Capitals 4-3 at the Verizon Center.
The Islanders won the game as +200 underdogs, while the seven goals made it OVER the posted over/under (6).
Frans Nielsen led the Islanders with a pair of goals, while Kyle Okposo added the other marker in the win.
Tomas Fleischmann scored twice for the Captials, and Alexander Ovechkin had the other goal in the loss.
