Blake Wheeler (2) and Andrew Ladd each scored for the Jets in the victory. Wheeler opened the scoring for Winnipeg, finding the back of the net at 8:16 of the third period. The goal was assisted by Mark Stuart and Jacob Trouba.

Chicago got a goal from Brandon Bollig in the loss, but it wasn't enough.
Corey Crawford stopped 18 of 20 shots for the Blackhawks, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.
