Chad Tracy's solo shot in the bottom of the seventh inning lifted the Arizona Diamondbacks past the Colorado Rockies 9-8 on Monday.

Arizona cashed as -170 home favorites as the teams played over the 7.5-run total set by sportsbooks.

Tracy finished 3-for-4 with two runs batted in for the Diamondbacks, while Tony Pena Jr. picked up the win in relief of starter Brandon Webb for Arizona.

Brad Hawpe went 3-for-4 with three RBIs for Colorado, as Jason Grilli was tagged with the loss after allowing the dinger to Tracy.
