Braves rally past A’s

The Atlanta Braves erased a two-run deficit and scored a 3-2 victory over the Oakland A’s Friday night in the opener of a three-game series at Turner Field.

Atlanta won the game as -160 favorites, while the five runs fell UNDER the posted over/under (8.5).

Brian McCann went 3-for-4 a the plate for the Braves. Manny Acosta got the win in relief, allowing just one hit over two innings.

Bobby Crosby had three hits for the A’s, while Alan Embree gave up the winning run in relief and was tagged with the loss.
