Pirates rally past Cubs

Garrett Jones belted a three-run homer and drove in five runs in leading the Pittsburgh Pirates to a 10-6 victory over the Chicago Cubs in the series opener Friday at Wrigley Field.

The Pirates won this game as +185 underdogs, while the 16 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (10) set by sportsbooks.

Evan Meek tossed two scoreless innings and whiffed four batters in getting the Pirates win in relief.

Carlos Zambrano was rocked for three earned runs off four hits in one inninng on the mound for the Cubs.
