Rockies hold off Yankees
The Colorado Rockies stopped the New York Yankees late rally, and held on for a 3-1 win Tuesday night at Coors Field.
Colorado won the game as +155 underdogs, and the final score fell UNDER the posted over/under (11).
Yorvit Torrealba homered and finished 2-for-4 at the plate for the Rockies. Josh Fogg went seven innings for the win, giving up just one run from four hits.
Hideki Matsui was 1-for-4 and drove in the only Yankees run. Mike Mussina gave up three runs from seven hits over six innings of work in the loss.
