Twins dump Marlins in finale

The Minnesota Twins defeated the Florida Marlins 7-4 Sunday afternoon at Dolphin Stadium in the rubber match of the three-game set.

Minnesota won the game as -210 favorites, and the 11 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5).

Joe Mauer led the way with two home runs, and finished 2-for-4 at the plate. Johan Santana pitched six innings for the victory, allowing five hits and two runs.

Dan Uggla homered and went 2-for-5 at the plate for the Marlins. Byung-Hyun Kim suffered the loss, giving up seven hits and seven runs.
