Pirates outlast Brewers in 14

Garrett Jones doubled in the winning run in the top of the 14th inning Wednesday, as the Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 6-5 in the series rubber match.

Pittsburgh won the game as +140 underdogs, but the 11 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (9.5) set by sportsbooks.

Andrew McCutchen had four hits, including a pair of home runs for the Pirates, while D.J. Carrasco pitched three scoreless innings for the win.

Carlos Gomez drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Brewers, while Manny Parra gave up the winning run on the mound.
