Phillies stun Dodgers
The Philadelphia Phillies scored eight runs in the final two innings to come back and defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers 10-9 Thursday in the series rubber match at Citizens Bank Park.
The Phillies won the game as +100 underdogs, while the 19 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (8.5) set by sportsbooks.
Carlos Ruiz went 3-for-5 and drove in three runs for the Phillies. Danys Baez tossed a scoreless ninth to pull out the win.
Matt Kemp homered and drove in four runs for the Dodgers. Jonathan Broxton was tagged with the loss, giving up four runs in under an inning on the hill.
