Pirates outlast Rangers

The Texas Rangers scored three late runs, but the Pittsburgh Pirates held on for a 7-5 win Tuesday night at PNC Park.

Pittsburgh won the game as -110 favorites at home, while the 12 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (9.5).

Jose Bautista led the Pirates with three hits, two RBI and two runs scored. Zach Duke pitched six innings for the victory, allowing eight hits and two runs.

Sammy Sosa drove in two runs and finished 2-for-3 at the plate for the Rangers. Kevin Millwood gave up eight hits and six runs over 4 1-3 innings to suffer the loss.
