Pirates dominate Rangers

Jose Bautista drove in three runs as the Pittsburgh Pirates cruised past the Texas Rangers 8-1 Wednesday night at PNC Park.

Pittsburgh won the game as -150 favorites, while the nine runs made it OVER the posted over/under (8.5).

Bautista finished 3-for-4 at the plate for the Pirates, and Freddy Sanchez drove in two runs. Ian Snell pitched a complete-game for the victory, giving up just seven hits and one run.

Frank Catalanotto was 2-for-3 at the plate for the Rangers. Robinson Tejeda suffered the loss in giving up four runs on seven hits over four innings.
