Padres dump Giants

Chris Young went seven innings, allowing one unearned run on four hits with seven strikeouts Sunday, to lead the San Diego Padres past the San Francisco Giants 6-1.

The Padres were a +110 underdog in the game and the seven runs scored went OVER the posted over/under total (6.5).

Chase Headley hit a two-run home run for the Padres and Luis Rodriguez drove in a pair of runs in the win.

Tim Lincecum took the loss for San Francisco after allowing four runs on 10 hits in 5 1-3 innings.
