Big inning lifts Padres

The San Diego Padres scored six runs in the sixth inning as they defeated the Arizona Diamondbacks 6-4 Saturday night to even the four-game series at Petco Park.

San Diego won the game as +110 underdogs, while the 10 runs made it OVER the posted over/under (7.5).

Brian Giles hit a two-run single for the Padres. Kevin Correia scattered five hits and two runs over six innings to earn the win.

Justin Upton went deep for the Diamondbacks, while Stephen Drew and Eric Byrnes drove in the other runs. Daniel Scherzer gave up four runs in relief and was saddled with the loss.
