Melky Cabrera went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in one run for the Yankees. A.J. Burnett whiffed 11 batters over 5 2-3 innings of work to earn his 12th victory.
Chone Figgins went 3-for-4 at the plate for the Angels. Scott Kazmir surrendered six hits and three runs over six innings in the loss.
