White Sox score 4 in ninth; down Orioles

The Chicago White Sox benefited from a grand-slam in the top of the ninth Friday night, pacing them to a 6-4 come from behind victory against the Baltimore Orioles.

The Sox were -103 favorites in the game and just got the win. The games total runs were OVER the posted total of 9.

Ross Gload hit the slam that would prove to be the game winner for the Sox. Matt Thornton picked up the win in relief, while Bobby Jenks records his 27th save of the year.

Brian Roberts hit his 2nd homer of the year for the Orioles. Reliever Chris Ray is tagged with the loss, ruining what was a great start by starter Eric Bedard.
