The Baltimore Orioles scored three times in the first inning and went on to defeat the Minnesota Twins 4-1 in a rain-shortened game Wednesday night at Camden Yards.

Baltimore won the game as +105 underdogs, while the five runs went UNDER the posted over/under (10.5).

Nick Markakis belted a two-run homer for the Orioles, and Luke Scott also homered with two RBIs. Brian Bass tossed just under three innings of relief in the win.

Brendan Harris drove in the lone run for the Twins, while Kevin Slowey gave up three runs in the loss.
