Red Sox brush away Indians
The Boston Red Sox scored seven runs in the second inning en route to a 11-6 win over the Cleveland Indians Saturday night at Fenway Park.
Boston won the game as -215 favorites, and the 17 runs sailed OVER the posted over/under (9).
Brian Anderson went 3-for-3 at the plate with a two-run homer and three RBIs for the Red Sox. Josh Beckett picked up his 17th victory with the five-inning performance.
Shin-Soo Choo hit a two-run homer and finished with three RBIs for the Indians. Aaron laffey gave up eight runs over two innings to suffer the loss.
