Josh Fields homered and finished 2-for-4 at the plate for the White Sox. Gavin Floyd whiffed seven batters over 6 2-3 innings for the win.

Jamey Carroll went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in one run for the Indians. Jeremy Sowers gave up five hits and two runs over 6 2-3 innings in the loss.
